In order to book your own reservation, you can call the Group Reservations Office at 407-939-4686. Hours of operation are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday and 8:30am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday). When calling for your reservation, you must have the following information available:
The name of the group: September & October 2013 (The Adult Side of Disney)

Name of Resort: All Star Sports, Coronado Springs or Beach Club

All guests, whether booking directly with Group Sales or through Siera, will be required to leave a one nights’ room plus tax deposit per room. The balance will be due at check-in when you arrive at your resort. You must provide the name and address of all guests staying in the room and include ages for children 17 and under. Discounted group theme park passes MUST BE PREPAID IN FULL at time of booking and must be purchased at least 10 days prior to check-in day. If purchasing the Disney Dining Plan, you will be required to secure your room, tickets and Dining Plan in FULL when making your reservation.

Guests wishing to utilize Disney’s Magical Express Service (complimentary transfers and luggage assistance to and from Orlando International Airport) must have complete flight itinerary available to confirm service.

These discounted rates will run Thursday, September 26 through Monday, October 7, 2013 for All Star Sports and Coronado Springs; Thursday, September 26 through Sunday, October 6 for Beach Club (Beach Club is “sold out” for October 7). These dates coincide with the opening of Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival (opens 9/27), the Tower of Terror race (10/4 & 5), and MP reunion weekend (last weekend in Sept.).

Three Resorts offered: (savings as much as 46%)

All Star Sports – Standard Room: (based on double occupancy). Standard/Preferred rooms accommodate a maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) double beds. There will be a fee of $10.00 per person per night for 3rd and 4th adults (18 years old or older) in each room. (33% saving/$80.80 + tx per night)

Coronado Springs – Standard Room: (based on double occupancy). Rooms accommodate a maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) queen beds. There will be a fee of $15.00 per person per night for 3rd and 4th adults (18 years old or older) in each room. (35% saving/$138 + tx per night)

Beach Club Resort – Standard Room: (based on double occupancy) Rooms accommodate a maximum of five (5) guests in two (2) queen beds and one (1) day bed. There will be a fee of $25.00 per person per night for 3rd, 4th, and 5th adults (18 years old or older) in each room. (46% saving/$251.30 + tx per night)

Discounted Park Passes – save 10% if purchased with your reservation (must purchase 2 days or longer). You will also receive a Bonus: Buy a 2 day or longer pass at the 10% discount and you will receive one visit to your choice of the following: DisneyQuest, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf, Oak Trail Golf Course (one round of golf greens fees, or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for 30 minutes of game play at the PlayStation Pavilion.

Disney Dining Plan may also be added to your reservations at the regular rates, must be purchased for your entire stay and must be purchased for each party in your room. Quick Service Plan includes 2 quick service meals and 1 snack per day and one refillable mug (refillable at your home resort): $37.58 per day for adults/$14.32 per day for child. Basic Dining Plan includes 1 table service meal, 1 quick service meal and 1 snack per day and one refillable mug (refillable at your home resort): $55.59 per day for adults/$17.16 per day for child.

All reservations MUST be made through Siera from Destinations in Florida Travel or Disney Group Sales in order to receive the discounted rates. All reservations must be made no later than June 28, 2013. Cancellation policy on a group reservation is 5 days before travel date.
