Alice Kingsley: Sometimes I believe in as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
The Mad Hatter: That is an excellent practice.

You're invited to a very important date!  Production begins this week on the highly anticipated sequel to Tim Burton's blockbuster reinvention of "Alice in Wonderland "—with the same A-list cast as the 2010 Oscar-winning film.

Burton is co-producing but not directing "Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass," in which Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and Mia Wasikowska (Alice) will all reprise their roles.

Joining the film version of the whimsical world created by author Lewis Carroll is British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen. Another British actor Rhys Ifans, will step into the role of Zanik Hightopp, the father of Depp's Mad Hatter.

Rounding out the cast of“Alice In Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass”  are the incredible vocal talents of:
Stephen Fry is back as the voice of the Cheshire Cat.
Toby Jones  provides the voice of Wilkins.
Alan Rickman returns as the voice of the Blue Caterpillar.
Michael Sheen once again serves as the voice of the White Rabbit.
Timothy Spall returns to voice Bayard.
BAFTA-winning actor, writer and comedian Paul Whitehouse is back as the March Hare.
Barbara  Windsorprovides the voice of Dormouse again.

The film will also welcome back several key members of the “Alice In Wonderland” team, including award-winning composer Danny Elfman three-time Oscar®-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood who won Oscar, BAFTA and Satellite awards, among others, for her work on “Alice In Wonderland,” and five-time Oscar-winning VFX supervisor Ken Ralston who won a Satellite Award for best visual effects for “Alice In Wonderland.”

The film—which is directed by James Bobin, and is being shot both on location and at Britain's Shepperton Studios—is set for release in May 27, 2016.

The Mad Hatter: There is a place. Like no place on Earth. A land full of wonder, mystery, and danger! Some say to survive it: You need to be as mad as a hatter.  [picks up his hat]
Which luckily I am.
