Group Discounted Rate Information for September 2013

The Disney Gals have partnered with The Adult Side of Disney to offer group rates to any of you planning to travel to WDW for our Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-miler Weekend. << Click here for our event page!

These discounted rates will run Thursday, September 26 through Monday, October 7, 2013 for All Star Sports and Coronado Springs; Thursday, September 26 through Sunday, October 6 for Beach Club (Beach Club is “sold out” for October 7). These dates coincide with the opening of Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival (opens 9/27), the Tower of Terror race (10/4 & 5), and MP reunion weekend (last weekend in September).

Three Resorts offered:

All Star Sports – Standard Room: $80.80 + tax/Preferred Room: $93.60 + tax per night (based on double occupancy). A savings of 33% off regular rate. Standard/Preferred rooms accommodate a maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) double beds. There will be a fee of $10.00 per person per night for 3rd and 4th adults (18 years old or older) in each room.


Coronado Springs – Standard Room: $138.00 + tax per night (based on double occupancy). A savings of 35% off regular rate. Rooms accommodate a maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) queen beds. There will be a fee of $15.00 per person per night for 3rd and 4th adults (18 years old or older) in each room.

Beach Club Resort – Standard Room: $251.30 + tax per night (based on double occupancy) if checking in on Thursday, September 26. A savings of 46% off regular rate. If checking in starting on Friday, September 27 a standard room rate will be $283.30 + tax per night (based on double occupancy). Still a saving of 46% but rates increase on September 27th. Rooms accommodate a maximum of five (5) guests in two (2) queen beds and one (1) day bed. There will be a fee of $25.00 per person per night for 3rd, 4th, and 5th adults (18 years old or older) in each room.

Discounted Park Passes – save 10% if purchased with your reservation (must purchase 2 days or longer). You will also receive a Bonus: Buy a 2 day or longer pass at the 10% discount and you will receive one visit to your choice of the following: DisneyQuest, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf, Oak Trail Golf Course (one round of golf greens fees, or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for 30 minutes of game play at the PlayStation Pavilion.

Disney Dining Plan may also be added to your reservations at the regular rates, must be purchased for your entire stay and must be purchased for each party in your room. Quick Service Plan includes 2 quick service meals and 1 snack per day and one refillable mug (refillable at your home resort): $37.58 per day for adults/$14.32 per day for child. Basic Dining Plan includes 1 table service meal, 1 quick service meal and 1 snack per day and one refillable mug (refillable at your home resort): $55.59 per day for adults/$17.16 per day for child.

All reservations MUST be made through Donna from Ears to Adventure Travel in order to receive the discounted rates. All reservations must be made no later than April 15, 2013. Cancellation policy on a group reservation is 30 days before travel date. Reservations require one night’s deposit.
